Cutting out all the filler words like (uhmmm...ahhh.....like....ehhh etc)

Dont be too Smart-

This is a very common issue that alot of people have. People think that the smarter they sound the more people 'should' and will listen to them. Actually its the complete opposite, think about it, people only listen if they understand otherwise they feel like its a waste of their time.

How to avoid this:

Its all about understanding, explain the few technical terms you chose to use, use metaphors, short stories and rhetorical questions to elaborate on different concepts.
